A community-driven landscape designed for a young, trendy, and vibrant crowd, balancing a millennial aesthetic with a calm, lush green environment. Located in Dubai South, an emerging hub for young residents and the arts community, the landscape integrates multiple amenities and social spaces, shaping the design around the identity and lifestyle of the development.
DESIGN VISION
The project transforms a long, linear central courtyard into a dynamic and engaging landscape by breaking the rigidity of linearity with fluid curves. These curves soften long view corridors and naturally accommodate amenities, allowing them to blend seamlessly into the space rather than appearing as add-ons. The introduction of vertical bio-gardens, beach pools, and co-working gardens further activates the courtyard, creating distinct yet connected lifestyle zones throughout the community.

This is a community master plan for Ellington, featuring clustered mid-rise buildings organized around a central landscape spine with a main pool that connects the entire development. The landscape is designed to unify all spaces while also offering cluster-specific amenities, ensuring both a strong community connection and localized identity within each cluster.
DESIGN VISION
The landscape is driven by the idea of connection with individuality, where all spaces are seamlessly linked while each cluster retains its own identity. A lazy river and central beach pool form the primary connective element, activating the entire site and creating a continuous flow that reads as one unified central park. At the same time, distinct lawns, themed play areas, and dedicated kids pools are thoughtfully placed to deliver unique, cluster-specific experiences within the larger community framework.

Creation of a sustainable and aesthetically pleasing landscape that enhances the urban environment of Dubai meanwhile promoting usability for residents and visitors. Integration of modern and eco-friendly practices to enhance the quality of life in Dubai through thoughtful and sustainable landscape design.
DESIGN VISION
Master planning of the proposed site showcases a prime opportunity to create a lush landscape in the core which can loop around the overall site. Considering the opportunities and potential of the site,concepts have been generated with a vision to highlight the landscape as the focal point. In addition to the fulfillment of the requirement, Landscape has its own distinctive key features that bestow an individuality to the the project. Landscape offers a dynamic environment for communal
connections and cohesion.
